The Technical Expert Course (TEC) is part of the EU training programme.
It is designed specifically for technical experts in areas such as marine pollution and water management, geo-hazard or logistics, medicine and engineering.
The Technical Experts Course is an introductory course to prepare participants for interventions within the framework of the Community Mechanism.
